INTERMITTENT ENERGY RESTRICTION



        

        Fitness is a big trend in today's era. And people are giving some of their time regularly to Exercise, and in today's era of this Covid19.People are also making some diet related changes. In today's era, we can see that people face skin related problems, hormonal problems and body fat related problems. So today we present to you about intermittent fasting which can relieve you from all these problems. 

        So what is intermittent fasting?


Understand in simple terms, Intermittent fasting is a type of fast, in which you can eat food for only a short period of time in day, the rest of the time you have to fast.  you can set this time yourself. Now we see some time related examples like.

1} You can fast after dinner either at night or till dinner the next day.

2} You can fast for 18 hours out of 24 hours and complete your macro nutrients within 10 hours. 

             Now, let us take a look at some of the biological perspectives on how intermittent fasting works.

         Whenever we fast, there are some hormones which secrets in our body that quite beneficial for our body. For example, human growth hormone , testosterone in mans , and if we talk about women, then in studies, it has been found that after intermittent fasting, there has been some change in the menstrual cycle. And it has also been found that fasting done up to six months It has reduced the insulin levels by 29% and insulin resistance by 19%

         Now if we talk
about intermittent fasting and muscle gaining then a question arises in front of us.

 whether we can do muscle gaining by following this pattern ? Is it ? So before that, let us tell you ,  if you are a vegetarian, then you have to prepare a fasting alert in such a way that you have a good amount of protein, carbohydrates, fats and fasting, if you are vegetarian then it is very important to keep in mind that sources of veg protein are very less, if you want to gain muscle, then you need to add some multivitamins and some supplements in your diet  and also you'll have to make some changes in your workout. If you are a non-vegetarian then you will not have to pay so much attention to your protein requirement during fasting because you can fulfill the protein requirement with eggs and meat. And if you're not  able to consume  meat everyday, then you can also add supplements to it. You can do muscle gain even while you are a vegan , but you will need some plant based protein supplements for it. There are some bodybuilders who are doing bodybuilding along with intermittent fasting. But fasting without speed can be difficult for some people. So, we will give you this suggestion that if you fast, either do it by staying vegetarian and if you want to do  fasting along with body building  so, non veg is best option  for you.
